Packaging Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Specialist to join our team at Bayer. As a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the maximum availability and operational efficiency of our pharmaceutical packaging lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Optimize packaging processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, instructions, and training materials.
- Provide technical support and training to new employees and contractors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve packaging operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in packaging operations, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
