Position Overview

As a Senior Venture Architect at BridgeMaker GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in our venture initiatives, driving high-quality innovation. Collaborating closely with our venture partners, you will formulate new strategies and projects with a strong focus on consumer needs. You will be part of a diverse team of Venture Architects, each bringing unique backgrounds, while also engaging deeply in individual projects. A crucial aspect of this role is your capability to assume team leadership and manage project tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree, MBA, or a comparable advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, project management, or startup development.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with idea management, particularly in the context of company creation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
  • A strong technical inclination.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, including the ability to derive insights from market research.
  • A proactive and sustainable work ethic is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in project work across various phases including Ideation, Conception, Incubation, and Growth.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies.
  • Evaluate and assess new business concepts.
  • Develop conceptual designs and market entry strategies for innovative business models.
  • Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the liaison to Venture Partners.
