About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Mediaplus. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of international campaigns, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize search, shopping, display, video, and app campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

Your Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in search engine marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced English language skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
