The Smart Agency, a corporate startup of TERRITORY GmbH, is seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist (m/f/d) for a full-time permanent role.

As a subsidiary of TERRITORY GmbH, a well-established communication agency, you will encounter flat hierarchies and inspiring colleagues with diverse media and industry expertise. Your Responsibilities:
- Design and execution of performance marketing campaigns
- Implementation of SEO and SEM strategies
- Monitoring and reporting of campaign outcomes
- Analysis and optimization of campaign performance
- Collaboration with the creative team to develop promotional materials
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in performance marketing
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating and optimizing campaigns
- Proficiency in using common analytical tools
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
