In the role of Digital Marketing Performance Specialist, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our marketing campaigns and leveraging your analytical skills to elevate them to new heights.
- Role: You will act as the liaison between our creative team and the performance marketing division.
- Analysis: Conduct qualitative assessments of social media performance metrics for individual campaigns, aiming to formulate hypotheses that will refine both campaign and creative strategies.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with various departments to optimize initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Execute comprehensive analyses of all available data and metrics from our advertising materials; identify trends and provide constructive recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create insightful reports and dashboards to present complex information clearly and highlight data-driven optimization opportunities.
- Development and Optimization of Analysis and Tracking Systems: Assist in the design and enhancement of automated data processing workflows, as well as develop a comprehensive performance analysis strategy for social media advertisements. The goal is to derive actionable recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns.
- Qualification: A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in advertising/data analysis within a sales and marketing context. Alternatively, experience as a Paid Social Manager.
- Tools: Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities along with solid knowledge of statistics and methodologies.
- Presentation: Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Initiative: A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to independently devise solutions.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
