Semiconductor Test Engineer

Our team is composed of highly skilled design engineers and managers who bring years of expertise in launching innovative products into the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, validate, and implement testing processes for high-volume production within the semiconductor and electro-optical sectors.
- Independently plan projects and track the status and progress of ongoing tasks.
- Automate testing procedures and integrate them into the production workflow, enhancing overall production efficiency.
- Set up necessary testing configurations, conduct GR&R analyses, and perform test measurements.
- Execute failure mode and effects analyses, review relevant data, and assess corrective actions.
- Document the progress of process development, create operational instructions, and train fellow engineers and operators.
- Optimize cycle times for testing processes.
- Organize and oversee the transfer of testing procedures and equipment, including the necessary release protocols to other facilities.
- Serve as the technical liaison with suppliers, partners at other locations, and technology collaborators.
Qualifications- A versatile engineer with a solid foundation in optical and electronic testing, ideally with experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or optical sectors.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial settings.
- In-depth knowledge of RF testing methodologies.
- Strong proactive problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player who excels in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in English, with German language skills considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
