About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team at Ocell GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving our Dynamic Forest frontend in Flutter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends and technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
  • Experience writing Dart code
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, agile team with quick decision-making processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • More than 3 years of experience with Flutter
  • Experience with additional general-purpose programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, or Typescript
  • Experience with native plugins for Flutter
  • Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Professional experience in Flutter or mobile development
