Begeistern und Repräsentieren
In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Pflege und den Ausbau Ihres Vertriebsgebiets, das sich über verschiedene Regionen erstreckt. Ihre Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation ist entscheidend für Ihren Erfolg. Sie haben ein feines Gespür für die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kunden und können sich schnell auf unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten einstellen. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie Begeisterung für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen vermitteln. Ihre Zielgruppe umfasst ambulant operierende Arztpraxen, OP-Zentren und MVZ. Sie präsentieren unser umfangreiches Produktportfolio und setzen mit Engagement unsere Unternehmensphilosophie in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet um, wobei Sie für die Kunden- und Umsatzentwicklung verantwortlich sind.

Beratung
Als Außendienstexperte sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben die Beratung und der Verkauf von Produkten. Sie bieten Ihren Kunden schnelle und effektive Unterstützung. Wichtige Themen im Kundenkontakt sind Materialbestellungen, die Optimierung von Abläufen sowie Fragen zu Praxis- und Sprechstundenbedarf.

Organisation
In Ihrer Funktion tragen Sie die Verantwortung für Ihre Kunden und planen Ihre Termine sorgfältig. Gemeinsam mit der Vertriebsleitung entwickeln Sie individuelle Lösungen für jeden Kunden. Die eigenständige Planung Ihrer täglichen Fahrtrouten ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Eine sorgfältige Dokumentation Ihrer Vertriebstätigkeiten ist wichtig für die kontinuierliche Anpassung an Marktgegebenheiten und die aktuelle Vertriebsstrategie. Anforderungen
