Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Psychological Counselor to join our team and provide crisis intervention services to Ukrainians. As a counselor, you will work closely with our team to provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention services to Ukrainians via online chat
- Offer emotional support and guidance to individuals affected by war, displacement, and other crises
- Work closely with our team to develop and implement effective counseling strategies
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Completed bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- Psychotherapists in training or completed in recognized procedures
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital tools
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian languages (written and spoken)
- Personal contact and video call required for onboarding
- Gain experience in digital mental health and crisis intervention
- Work with a diverse and committed community
- Free supervision and regular feedback meetings
- Opportunity to participate in e-learning programs and workshops
