Business Intelligence Analyst

At Creos, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our current business intelligence landscape and SAP Datawarehouse and Analytics Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support for our business intelligence landscape, including SAP Datawarehouse and Analytics Cloud solutions.
- Establish priorities and plan, manage, and control the implementation of changes in collaboration with various departments.
- Support business users in defining requirements through rapid prototyping using design thinking principles.
- Implement changes in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring simplicity and standardization in solution architecture.
- Manage user-centric prototype development with developers and facilitate decision-making with business owners through agile principles.
- Ensure the preparation and execution of workshops and training for key end-users.
- Assist IT business representatives in prioritizing changes and innovations and planning with release and test management.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP innovations delivered through release cycles.
- Participate in the transition of our current SAP BW BO BI on-premise landscape to the next-generation SAP Datawarehouse and Analytics Cloud solutions roadmap.
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting and controlling principles and/or a strong interest in developing yourself in the financial area.
- At least 2 years of experience in an enterprise running SAP.
- SAP-centric BI landscape experience in IT support or as a consultant.
- Practical knowledge of agile and design thinking principles is considered an asset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner and result-oriented person with high ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.
- Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French are mandatory; Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset.
