Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Corporate Banking Analyst für unser Team in Düsseldorf.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Corporate Finance Transaktionen mit Schwerpunkt auf Kredit-, Strukturierungs-, Kapitalmarktprodukten und ESG-Beratung
  • Erstellung von Unternehmens-, Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen zur Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen und Unternehmensplanungen
  • Unternehmensbewertungen und Kapitalmarktanalysen
  • Teilnahme an Gesprächen mit Entscheidungsträgern und Gesellschaftern unserer Kunden
  • Identifizierung von Geschäftspotentiale und potenziellen Neukunden
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance, Unternehmensfinanzierung oder Unternehmensentwicklung und Strategie
  • Idealere zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Bank oder im Beratungsumfeld
  • Solide Kenntnisse in Finance & Accounting, idealerweise ergänzt um Bank- und Kapitalmarktprodukte
  • Selfständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit hoher analytischer Kompetenz und Lösungsorientierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
