SABIC GSK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Werk Student to join our vibrant site in GSK, Germany. As a key member of our HR Service Center team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks, including payroll, audit, systems, and recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Service Center team, including payroll, audit, and systems support.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening documents and preparing documentation for Works Counsel.
- Interact with local stakeholders in German and regional-global stakeholders in English and German.
- Develop excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence SABIC Europe and Global Partners.
- Balance supportive and steering activities at the site and European level, while aligning with local and global policy and legal directives.
- Promote local and global corporate values.
Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master's Degree or Equivalent in Manufacturing, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Registered at a German University or College Institution.
- Excellent conceptual, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in German and English (written and oral), with any additional languages a bonus.
- Excellent presentation and network skills.
- Proficiency in IT and various connecting systems, including Office, SAP, and reporting.
