About the Role

SABIC GSK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to support our vibrant site in GSK, Germany.

This role will provide administrative assistance to the HR Service Center, including payroll support, audit support, and systems support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Service Center with various tasks
  • Provide payroll support and audit support
  • Assist with systems support, including Success Factors and SAP
  • Support processes and recruitment, including screening documents
  • Prepare documentation for Works Counsel(s)

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master's Degree or Equivalent in Manufacturing, Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Registered at a German University or College Institution
  • Excellent conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in IT and various connecting IT systems
