Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Bershka's East Side Mall store in Berlin. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and providing helpful advice on fashion trends and products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and well-organized store environment, including restocking merchandise, and ensuring that all areas of the store are clean and presentable.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the store through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.
