- Sicherstellen der Entgeltabrechnung für nationale und internationale Betriebsstätten
- Lohnbuchhalterisches Betreuen von Auslandsentsendungen
- Proaktives Umsetzen der geltenden Gesetze, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungspflichten und internen Richtlinien
- Beurteilen und Bearbeiten von geldwerten Vorteilen, Sachbezügen und Betriebsveranstaltungen
- Erstellen von Personalkostenbudgets, Bonustöpfen, Berechnen von Rückstellungen
- Datencontrolling, Erstellen von Personalstatistiken und –reports, Projektarbeit
- Unterstützen bei Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuer-Außenprüfungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten, Steuerfachwirt/-in oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung eines Payrollteams
- Expertenkenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, Kenntnisse in der Abrechnungssoftware LODAS von DATEV von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
