About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Life Insurance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Efficiently process and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Completed education in Insurance and Finance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
