The IT department at ALDI SÜD ensures seamless operations of our IT infrastructure and software, both nationally and internationally. Our experts develop IT solutions for cross-border projects, tailored for global deployment within ALDI SÜD.
Key Responsibilities
Your contributions will be vital in the following areas:
- Planning, coordinating, and evaluating global processes for Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Aligning BCM risks with interfaces such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Organizing the conceptual development of global Business Continuity Plans (BCP), including the identification and consideration of (IT) demands.
- Assisting ALDI business units in planning their annual global BCM tests and exercises.
- Supporting the planning and preparation of awareness initiatives related to business continuity.
- Creating global BCM training materials and conducting training sessions for Business Continuity Coordinators at ALDI.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- A completed degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Continuity Management or a related field with a global focus.
- Strong understanding of Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Planning.
- Experience in planning and executing BCM tests and exercises.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Capability to create training materials and conduct training events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in (IT) project management.
- BCM certification (e.g., ISO) is advantageous.
