Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic care according to legal regulations and standards
  • Deliver psychiatric care and support
  • Administer medication as prescribed
  • Offer household support and assistance
  • Accurately document all services, including care planning and progress
  • Contribute to the development of Mobile Services within the Gütersloh district
  • Promote social integration for clients by providing on-site support and involving their surroundings
  • Act as a link between counseling centers, clinics, therapists, and other psycho-social services in the community

Requirements:

  • Completed 1-year nursing training or equivalent
  • First professional experience in supporting mentally ill and/or addicted individuals is desirable
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and integration ability
  • High level of independent work and decision-making
  • Valid driver's license
