Job SummaryWe are seeking a responsible and committed Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee guest satisfaction and increase it through your commitment to providing excellent service.
- Recognize the strengths of your team and promote them to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Burgermeister's high safety, hygiene, and quality standards within your team.
- Act as an interface between the head office and employees in the restaurant.
- Communicate closely with your store manager to ensure that the condition of your store and the service in the restaurant meet Burgermeister guidelines.
- Initial experience in a similar position (preferably in system catering).
- The ability to convince and motivate people.
- Strong team spirit and a high degree of service orientation.
- A positive charisma and a friendly demeanor.
- A high degree of responsibility and reliability.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Good German language skills are an advantage.
