Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Platform team, responsible for enhancing Distribusion's core functionality through the API. As a key member of our team, you will help shape the future of travel by developing strategic initiatives, ensuring our product maintains the highest quality and functionality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define short-term and mid-term roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and the organization on objectives to transform our platform into a world-class transportation marketplace.
  • Monitor and act on metrics such as usage, adoption, quality SLAs, and ensure consistent competitiveness with other products on the market.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects, defining business needs, developing user stories, and performing UAT to confirm delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Run adaptive Scrum processes to ensure on-time delivery of features by the Engineering team.
  • Write user documentation to improve system usability for internal and external users, establishing the best integration experience on the market.
Requirements
  • Background in Product Management in B2B SaaS organizations, specifically in technical product management, information feeding systems, high-load systems, and B2B product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of both Engineering and UX domains, navigating the intersection of these domains.
  • API proficiency, adept at reading JSON and/or SQL, utilizing tools like Postman, and interpreting logs when necessary.
  • User-driven mindset, translating metrics, user behavior, and needs into business values and detailed product requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, exceling in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, critically evaluating inputs, and collaborating with the Engineering team to launch features.
  • Solution-focused and improvement-driven, actively seeking ways to enhance team processes, product features, and overall product quality.
  • Agile proficiency, well-versed in Scrum, adept at managing iterative development, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing requirements.
