About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at RaiseNow. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for the core of our RaiseNow ecosystem, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the RaiseNow platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and design.
  • Manage the core services that all RaiseNow products rely on, ensuring a high degree of security and stability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide APIs and SDKs that enable seamless integration with other products and platforms.
  • Design and implement excellent documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of our products.
  • Drive the development of the RaiseNow Connect product, our gateway for third-party applications, in close collaboration with partners.
  • Work with business development and marketing teams to further develop the monetization model for RaiseNow Connect.
  • Ensure a great and consistent experience for customers, working closely with product designers and the marketing team to manage the full customer lifecycle.
  • In the long term, lead the launch of a RaiseNow online marketplace, offering easy-to-activate apps and plugins from internal product teams and external ISVs.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a product manager in SaaS and digital platform businesses, with a strong understanding of APIs and cross-functional teams.
  • A technical background, with knowledge of product development and release processes in agile software development environments.
  • An analytic and creative mind, with strong communication and planning skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • The ability to influence across a large organization and manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English (C1) and German (B1-B2).
