Content Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Develop compelling, customer-centric content that tells a story and engages our target audiences.
- Design and produce content specifically aimed at generating demand, including lead magnets, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) to gather insights and information for creating relevant content.
- Work with regional marketing teams to adapt and localize content to meet regional market needs and ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine and enhance content strategies, ensuring they effectively drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation and strategy.
- Oversee content calendars to ensure timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role, preferably within B2B SaaS and/or Transport Logistics sectors.
- Proven track record of creating impactful content that drives demand and supports marketing objectives.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with a strong portfolio of customer-centric content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal.
- Experience with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to craft content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analytics, including experience with AI-driven content generation platforms, natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams and regional stakeholders to gather insights and align content strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building productive relationships with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze content performance data and make data-driven decisions and experience with A/B testing and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or Transport Logistics sector.
