Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for qualifying potential customers, preparing and organizing consultations, maintaining customer data, and assisting in after-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify potential customers through phone calls and in-person meetings
  • Prepare and organize consultations to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Assist in after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in insurance or finance is highly desirable
  • Reliable and well-organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Quick learner with a disciplined approach
  • Motivated and forward-thinking with a positive attitude
  • Pleasant and attractive voice with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in written German
