Business Process Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management Specialist to join our team at kloeckner.i GmbH. As a key member of our Digital Hub, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by designing and implementing efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all key business processes in a central business process landscape, ensuring they are accessible, transparent, and up-to-date.
  • Create and manage a centralized knowledge repository that houses process documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Act as the primary owner and administrator for business process management system (Celonis), ensuring it is effectively utilized and maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a lasting connection between business processes and IT Application Architecture (LeanIX and Celonis interface).
  • Deliver training programs to educate employees on business processes, application usage, and best practices.
  • Participate in strategic projects, offering expertise in process management and ensuring that project outcomes support long-term business objectives.
Requirements
  • University degree in economics, IT, or a comparable field.
  • At least three years of experience in business process management.
  • Sound knowledge of common modeling languages (e.g., BPMN, EPK) as well as tool-based process modeling and process measurement.
  • Good business understanding of supply chain processes in their context.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Symbio.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, process KPIs, and benchmarks.
  • Knowledge of digital tools is an advantage (e.g., RPA, AI, workflow automation).
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions as well as working with traditional and agile project management methods.
  • Ideal expertise in management of change and communication.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
