About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Engineer to join our Research and Development team at ADVA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex digital circuits in FPGAs for Time-Division Multiplexing (TDM) processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performance digital circuits in FPGAs
  • Develop and test system concepts to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and support existing systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Expertise in modern FPGAs, FPGA design flow, and design tools such as Vivado, Quartus, and QuestaSim
  • Experience with digital and analog circuits, transmission protocols, and microcontroller circuits
  • Familiarity with optical signal transmission and its applications
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required
