Area Sales Manager Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our business within assigned territories, working closely with our distributors and key customers to execute our sales objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business within assigned territories, exceeding stated goals through monthly placements and programs
- Work with distributors and key customers to execute sales objectives and brand standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer base through pricing, programming, and personal support
- Conduct business meetings, retailer, and staff trainings to create ambassadors for our brands
- Lead and motivate distributors' salesforce and executives through leadership, inspirational confidence, and gained respect
Requirements:
- Mastery of both French and German culture
- Flexible work schedule, no Monday-Friday mentality
- Friendly personality, sympathetic interlocutor, and easy speaker
- Winner mentality, finding energy in success
- Knowledge of the FMCG trade, preferably beverage/wine industry in Germany
- Commercial talent, energetic, ambitious, team player, self-starter, sportive, solution-oriented, eager to travel, bon vivant
