Sales Associate

**About the Role**
Hunkemöller is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support our new store opening. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personalized customer service from consultation to checkout, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products to drive sales and meet customer needs.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient inventory processes.
**Requirements**
- Experience in retail sales and customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with people, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility and teamwork, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Attention to detail and presentation, with the ability to maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate inventory management.
