Laboratory Assistant Manager (m/w/d)
Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten – So tragen Sie zum Erfolg bei:
Planung und Organisation der Abläufe im Qualitätslabor OH Gewährleistung der fristgerechten Bereitstellung von Analyseergebnissen und Dienstleistungen Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus der ISO 9001 und der angewandten Analyse-Standards Beherrschung der relevanten Normen und Analysemethoden Erstellung und Überwachung von Analysevorschriften Management der Prüfmittel – Koordination der regelmäßigen Wartung, Kalibrierung und Überwachung von Prüfeinrichtungen und Messgeräten Beschaffung und Bestellung von Betriebs- und Messmitteln sowie von Service-Technikern und Kalibrierdiensten Optimierung von Analysen und Laborabläufen, Entwicklung neuer Methoden Dokumentation, Auswertung und Überwachung von Analysendaten, Abgleichsmessungen, Round Robins unter Verwendung von Statistik-Tools Sicheres, wirtschaftliches und vorschriftenkonformes Betreiben von Anlagen, Geräten und Gebäuden Vertretung der Beanstandungsabteilung im Falle von Abwesenheiten Führung und Schulung des Laborpersonals, Urlaubsplanung Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits Unterstützung der Laboratorien im LYB Konzern bei analytischen HerausforderungenIhre Qualifikationen – Was Sie mitbringen:
Techniker oder Laborant mit umfangreicher Erfahrung im Laborbetrieb, insbesondere in der Analytik Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement Fundierte Fachkenntnisse zur Beurteilung der Qualität von Chargen und Betriebsproben Entscheidungsbefugnisse in Bezug auf Laborbetrieb, Instandhaltung und Qualitätsprüfung Analytische Erfahrung in den Bereichen HPLC, DSC, Wasserbestimmung nach Karl-Fischer, SHT, MFR, Dichte Nasschemische Analytik Sorgfältige, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität auch unter Druck Teamführungskompetenz Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP Bereitschaft zur WeiterbildungIhre Perspektiven – Was wir bieten:
