About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Zara Home in Cologne. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing internal processes, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Coordinate and manage internal processes and procedures in line with INDITEX standards to ensure the store runs smoothly.
  • Performance Management: Analyze KPIs and develop strategies to achieve budget and sales targets, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and develop your team members, recognizing potential and talents to promote individual training and development.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example, ensuring an outstanding customer experience through your passion and commitment to excellence.
  • Representation: Represent Zara Home to colleagues and customers, embodying the brand's values and standards.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Several years of professional experience as a manager in retail, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate KPIs and make informed decisions.
  • Business Acumen: A positive attitude, hands-on mentality, and excellent organizational talent, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
