About the Role:
- Lead the Compliance and Risk Management Team as a shared service of the Freudenberg Chemical Specialities Business Group, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring effective risk management.
- Oversee the Compliance Management System, its development, and implementation as Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Officer for the Business Group.
- Implement the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act in the Business Units as Business Group Delegate for the Group Human Rights Officer, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage the Business Group's data protection management system, collaborating with external service providers as appointed data protection officers.
- Develop and execute contract management and risk management strategies for the Business Group.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration, commercial law, law, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in an internationally operating business enterprise or equivalent experience in compliance, supply chain compliance, contract management, data protection, and enterprise risk management.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to enforce compliance management systems in decentralized structures and shared service organizations.
- Strong cooperation skills, target-oriented thinking, and personal sovereignty, integrity, and credibility.
- Ability to navigate complex situations, react quickly to new challenges, and effectively manage conflicts.
