About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Compliance and Risk Management Team as a shared service of the Freudenberg Chemical Specialities Business Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Compliance and Risk Management Team in ensuring the effective implementation of compliance management systems and risk management strategies across the Business Group.
  • Develop and maintain the Compliance Management System, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Implement the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act in the Business Units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee the Business Group's data protection management system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage contract risk and ensure compliance with contract management procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, commercial law, law, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an internationally operating business enterprise or equivalent experience in compliance, risk management, and contract management.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
