We are currently seeking a
Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)located in Sörup, in proximity to Flensburg.
Your Responsibilities- Managing customer orders through EDI systems and ensuring the upkeep of customer portals
- Overseeing customer communication (M365 and email), order management, deadline tracking, billing, and data management within the ERP system
- Facilitating inquiries, quotations, and orders in close partnership with the Sales Manager
- Aligning customer requirements and integrating them into planning systems
- Supervising sales and volume forecasting
- Completed vocational training in commerce
- Several years of experience in sales support or a comparable position
- A collaborative team player with a methodical and efficient work style
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and possibly M365
- Familiarity with an ERP system
- A significant and diverse role within a successful corporate group
- Permanent employment under the in-house collective agreement IG Metall
