Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sustainability Reporting Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung von ESG-bezogenen Internen Kontrollsystemen unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und implementiere ESG-bezogene Internale Kontrollsysteme für unsere Kunden.
  • Berät unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung und unterstützt sie bei der Umsetzung von ESG-strategien.
  • Arbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams mit Kunden und internen Experten zusammen, um Lösungen für ESG-IKS-Projekte zu entwickeln.
  • Verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von ESG-IKS-Lösungen und setzt moderne Tools ein, um die Effizienz zu steigern.
  • Unterstützt die Positionierung der ESG-IKS-Solution bei Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der relevanten Nachhaltigkeitsstandards (CSRD, Taxonomie, Offenlegungsverordnung etc.).
  • Erlebnisse in der Beratung von Finanzunternehmen und Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte.
  • Sehr gute analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse überzeugend zu präsentieren.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamorientierung, Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke.
