About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Plancraft GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving our growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Enablement and Mindset: Develop and implement growth strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth mindset across the organization, and align teams with growth objectives.
  • Setting Strategic Initiatives and Roadmaps: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and prioritize strategic initiatives, develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, and monitor and report on progress.
  • Scaling a Culture of Hands-On Work and Aiming High: Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership, communicate the company vision, and assess employee well-being. Promote a culture of hands-on work, ensuring all team members are engaged and focused on achieving great goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement operational improvements, ensuring the organization is efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, with 2+ years in an independent role.
  • Strong background in SaaS and growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and enabling growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work culture, handle stress, and stay focused.
  • C1 Level in German and English.
