About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Tech Consultant to join our team at Liebherr-Digital Development Center GmbH. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of AI technologies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Facilitate AI Workshops: Develop and deliver interactive workshops to enhance the AI skills of our colleagues and gather practical use cases for AI applications.
  • Assess AI Capabilities and Limitations: Facilitate a realistic assessment of AI capabilities and limitations, guiding teams to a clear comprehension of AI's potential and practical impact.
  • Simplify Complex AI Concepts: Simplify complex AI and technical jargon into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Drive Data-Centric Approach: Cultivate a data-centric approach across the Liebherr Group, fostering collaborative relationships between specialists, IT staff, and AI experts to propel innovation and development.
  • Support AI Initiative Integration: Coordinate strategic communication and foster collaboration among cross-divisional stakeholders to support the integration and development of AI initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, coupled with substantial professional experience demonstrating a deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a background in breaking down complex technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
  • Technical Training and Change Management: Demonstrable experience in designing and leading technical training sessions or workshops, with an emphasis on upskilling and knowledge transfer in AI, as well as experience in change management and the ability to act as a catalyst for transformation within an organization.
  • Programming and Development Skills: Hand-on experience in developing and programming AI solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: A collaborative team player with a strong ability to engage and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across different disciplines, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English.
