About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Tech Consultant to join our team at Liebherr-Digital Development Center GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and innovation across the Liebherr Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Facilitate Interactive Workshops: Develop and lead interactive workshops to enhance the AI skills of colleagues and gather practical use-cases for AI applications.
  • Assess AI Capabilities and Limitations: Facilitate the establishment of a realistic assessment of AI capabilities and limitations, guiding teams to a clear comprehension of AI's potential and practical impact.
  • Simplify Complex AI Concepts: Simplify complex AI and technical jargon into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Drive Data-Centric Approach: Drive the adoption of a data-centric approach across the Liebherr Group, cultivating collaborative relationships between specialists, IT staff, and AI experts to propel innovation and development.
  • Support AI Initiatives: Support and streamline the integration and development of AI initiatives by coordinating strategic communication and fostering collaboration among cross-divisional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, coupled with substantial professional experience demonstrating a deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a background in breaking down complex technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrable experience in designing and leading technical training sessions or workshops, with an emphasis on upskilling and knowledge transfer in AI. Hands-on experience in developing and programming AI solutions.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: A collaborative team player with a strong ability to engage and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across different disciplines.
  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English.
