Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) im Außendienst

Ihre Aufgaben:
In dieser Rolle sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst zur Abstimmung und Durchführung von Projekten, einschließlich Erstauslieferungen und Kollektionswechsel.
  • Die aktive Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden, um deren Anliegen zu verstehen und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Die Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen in den relevanten Regionen, um eine persönliche Beziehung aufzubauen und Vertrauen zu schaffen.

Ihr Profil:
Sie passen zu uns, wenn:
  • Sie eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Bankkauffrau/-kaufmann oder Industriekauffrau/-mann haben.
  • Sie bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit B2B-Kunden gesammelt haben und Freude an Kundenbesuchen mitbringen.
  • Sie über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen und in der Lage sind, Menschen mit guten Argumenten zu überzeugen.
  • Sie ein Interesse an den Anliegen unserer Kunden zeigen und proaktiv Lösungen erarbeiten.
  • Sie mit einer positiven Grundeinstellung und einem sympathischen Auftreten sowohl Kunden als auch Kollegen begeistern können.
  • Sie in der Lage sind, Ihren Arbeitsalltag selbstständig zu organisieren und Ihre Aufgaben im Blick zu behalten.
  • Sie sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sind.
  • Sie im deutschsprachigen Raum freundlich und souverän agieren.
  • Sie im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B sind.
