Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join our Legal & Compliance team at Billie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and managing our Information Security Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of information security within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with the CTO and Senior Management Team to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on information security best practices and policies.
- Investigate and report information security incidents, ensuring timely and effective response and remediation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure information security is integrated into their services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to our information security posture.
- At least three years of experience in information security, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and information security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
