We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team as an Electrician for Energy Testing. As a key member of our Test Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities- Design, assemble, and commission switchgear for mechanical and low-voltage test rigs up to 1 kV (AC & DC)
- Ensure electrical test setups meet the required quality standard for safe electrical installations
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test rigs and instrumentation
- Support the teams responsible for test execution and development
- Completed apprenticeship, master craftsman, or technician qualification in electronics or electrical engineering
- 3 years of experience in electrical systems up to 1 kV DC and Li-Ion HV-Batteries for automotive or aerospace applications
- Experience with electrical safety and control systems, as well as their technical verification and design validation
- Knowledge of applicable electrical and safety technical standards, such as DIN EN 50191, DIN EN 61439, or comparable standards
- Ability to work in a team, high sense of responsibility, manual dexterity, and ability to work on the basis of verbal and written instructions or complex technical documentation
- Good written and spoken English skills, German skills an advantage
