Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Educator (m/w/d) to join our team at the Kita St. Bonifatius in Hemer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the childcare center, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-6 years
• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, including staff supervision and management
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and care are maintained at all times
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the local community

Requirements

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
