Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of educators and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality education and care
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the values of the organization
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive relationship

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience in leading a team of educators and providing high-quality education and care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
