Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Associate with a valid forklift license to join our team at Jobactive GmbH. As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging and Shipping: Package parts, assemblies, and units for transportation, considering factors such as transport type, trajectory, and destination country.
- Loading and Unloading: Load units, compressors, pallets, and cartons onto trucks and containers using a forklift.
- Transportation: Transport rotors, housings, and compressors to partner facilities for processing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service transport equipment, including oil levels, tire pressure, and battery care.
- Inventory Management: Create inbound receipts and book goods, store and retrieve goods with optimal warehouse management.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid forklift license and experience operating a forklift.
- Language Skills: Good German skills (minimum B2 - reading delivery notes).
- Desirable Qualifications: Overhead crane license, diligent and cautious work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work in a permanent day shift.
