We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at 02100 Digital GmbH. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales processes, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire project cycle, from acquisition to after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with our management team to prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and establish new sales channels, driving business growth and innovation.
- Proven experience in selling services and digital goods, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently and professionally in client calls.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to easily organize and schedule events.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on finding solutions and delivering results.
