About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Industrial Automation to join our team at ekvip automation GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the field of industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in industrial automation, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the continuous improvement of our software standard.
  • Analyze and prioritize project requirements, coordinate or delegate tasks within the project team, and ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our automation technology, and ensure the continuous professional development of your team.
  • Communicate with management and stakeholders, providing regular status reports and updates on project progress.
  • Responsible for the medium and long-term planning of resources, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
  • University degree in science, IT, or engineering, with a strong background in industrial automation and software development.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a track record of delivering successful projects and improving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of automation technology and software development.
  • Fluent in German and English, with a high willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
