About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Industrial Automation to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of our engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Analyze and prioritize project requirements, and coordinate or delegate tasks within the project team.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, management, and clients to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  • University degree in science, IT, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in team management and industrial automation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • High willingness to travel.
