A Role of Significance: Your Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with dormakaba's global employer branding framework to enhance our brand visibility, maintain a positive and uniform employer image across multiple platforms, and attract exceptional talent to the organization.
  • Produce captivating content, including narratives about the employer brand, videos, and various multimedia formats, to highlight the company culture.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to develop persuasive promotional materials.
  • Leverage digital channels and social media to boost dormakaba's visibility and connect with prospective candidates.
  • Establish partnerships with external entities, such as universities and industry organizations, to fortify the employer brand.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with HR objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate expectations, optimizing recruitment marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in recruitment marketing.

A Valuable Experience: Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in human resources and/or communications.
  • Experience in an international setting.
  • Proficient in both German and English with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Confident demeanor with effective communication skills for engaging with executives, employees, and employee representatives.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a meticulous, responsible work ethic. Team-oriented.
