Lead Protein Interaction Research

We are seeking a highly skilled Protein Interaction Specialist to join our Molecular Technologies team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead an in-house service platform for protein-protein interaction characterization.
  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art technical approaches for analyzing protein interactions in vitro and in vivo.
  • Manage a team of research technicians and coordinate with internal customers and external cooperators.
  • Optimize service structures and expand the technology portfolio to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • PhD in biochemistry or biology with experience in protein-protein interaction technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with high-throughput interaction screening assays.
  • Experience in managing personnel and workflows, with a focus on scientific and non-scientific information integration.
  • Full proficiency in English, with basic German an advantage.
