Job Overview:

We are Energiequelle GmbH, a leading sustainable energy company, seeking a highly skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing wind energy projects in Niedersachsen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Identify and evaluate project opportunities, assess potential project locations, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with landowners, communities, and municipalities to secure project areas through agreements and negotiations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical planning and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contract Management: Assist in creating contractual terms for lease agreements in cooperation with contract management.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain a sustainable economic and political network with relevant stakeholders, promoting our company and products.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Environmental Technology, Renewable Energies, Urban and Regional Planning, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: Previous experience in project management or development is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding of economic, technical, and legal aspects, and a team-oriented work approach.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Willingness to travel regularly in Niedersachsen and hold a Class B driver's license.
