PENSUM Bremen GmbH is currently seeking a Financial Accountant | Project Development Specialist (m/f/d) for a group of enterprises engaged in the planning and execution of construction initiatives. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity aimed at direct employment.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass comprehensive financial bookkeeping and the formulation of financial reports, alongside the management of monthly payroll processes. Key Responsibilities- Overall Cash Flow Management
- Financial bookkeeping and preparation of annual financial reports (in collaboration with tax advisors)
- Management of Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Data upkeep and oversight of invoicing
- Processing payments through SFirm
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Invoicing and monitoring
- Data analysis and generation of controlling reports
- Data maintenance
- Engagement with external partners
- Qualification as a Certified Accountant (m/f/d), Tax Specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable credential
- Extensive experience with DATEV software
- Comprehension of business operations
- Proficient German language skills (minimum C2 level)
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Passion for organization and collaborative work
- Experience within the construction sector is a plus
