Your Responsibilities
As part of our initiative to enhance the developer experience at SAP, we are seeking a working student to contribute to the development of the "Hyperspace Portal," which serves as the primary access point for product developers and associated roles within SAP.
In this role, you will assist in automating workflows utilizing SAP Build Process Automation. Our objective is to transition from manual processes reliant on emails, spreadsheets, and document templates to automated workflows that minimize media interruptions, decrease the likelihood of human error, and expedite processing times.
As a working student in our team, you will collaborate with both internal and external colleagues across various European nations to analyze workflows, provide APIs for automation, and leverage SAP Build.
We are looking for candidates who possess prior experience in process automation or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and explore independently. SAP Build is a low-code/no-code platform that enables the visual implementation of workflows without coding, although programming skills can be advantageous for developing integrations or managing data storage.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study include computer science, economics, or related disciplines
- Technical skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript is advantageous
- Experience in process automation or SAP Build Apps or SAP Build Process Automation is a plus (or a strong desire to learn quickly)
- Language proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Soft skills: Team-oriented, effective communicator, and inquisitive
